Large portions of the content are derived from previously licensed works, which the Corporation acknowledges here. In compliance with the existing open source licenses of such borrowed material we note they have been modified, and unless otherwise marked:

• All material, data, and information on the Websites, such as data files, text, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos, or other images, but excluding any software or computer code (collectively, the "Non-Code Content") continue licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License
• All software or computer code including but not limited to that found on https://github.com/ethpar (collectively, the "Code Content") are licensed under the MIT License or Apache License in compliance with the original intent of the respective code copyrights.
